At Gracelyn's Boutique, every item is handmade by me personally and I take real pride in the quality of what leaves my hands. If something isn't right, I want to make it right. Please read through the following so you know exactly what to expect.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Gracelyn's Boutique, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Our Return & Exchange Policy is straightforward: if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Whether you’ve changed your mind or received a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll guide you through the return process. We believe in building trust with our customers, so you can shop with confidence knowing we’ve got you covered.

Eligibility for Exchanges

I accept exchanges for physical items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date I'm unable to offer an exchange. Personalized/customized or sale items are NOT eligible for exchanges.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at gracelynsboutique@gmail.com with photos of the item and its packaging. I will make it right at no cost to you — this is my promise regardless of any other policy listed here.

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, email gracelynsboutique@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange and I'll walk you through the next steps.

Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. I recommend using a trackable shipping method as I cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
